Refund policy
We want you to be happy with everything you take home from Rose City Hard Goods. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email douglas@rosecityhardgoods.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions. Local customers are welcome to return eligible items in person at our Northeast Portland shop.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. Reach out and we'll make it easy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale and clearance items, gift cards, and certain personal-care goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
