Shipping policy

Rose City Hard Goods ships across the United States and offers free local pickup at our Northeast Portland store.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Standard domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order at our shop — 12312 NE Whitaker Way, Portland, OR 97230. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated or your package appears lost, contact us at douglas@rosecityhardgoods.com and we'll help track it down.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
